Payment by Phone
The passenger can call to make a reservation by telephone and give credit card information, and one of our agents will process the ticket payment. The passenger/ cardholder, if necessary, should come into one of our offices with a credit card, and identifications to sign the UCC form, give us the reservation code, if the passenger is not the cardholder the ticket will not be issued.

E-Ticket
If your ticket its electronic, you will receive via e-mail your flight information, you should be at the airport 3 hours prior your flight to register.
If your ticket its electronic and would like a paper ticket, then you should call your agent and ask for the additional charges according to the airline.
